Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics
Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies help us keep the store working, remember preferences, measure site performance, understand marketing effectiveness, and improve the customer experience.
Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other service providers may set or read cookies and similar technologies when you use our site or interact with our emails or forms. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Email and SMS Marketing Consent
If you sign up for marketing, we may send you email updates and, if you separately provide your phone number and consent to SMS marketing, recurring automated marketing text messages from Daybreak. SMS messages may include launch announcements, inventory and restock updates, new flavor releases, and subscriber-only offers. We do not currently plan to send abandoned cart SMS messages.
Consent to receive SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. You can unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
We may share your phone number and related consent or messaging information with SMS service providers, including Klaviyo and telecommunications providers, only as needed to provide SMS messaging services, manage consent, deliver messages, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent your phone number for third-party SMS marketing.
